Fxxxxen tell me about it…my Dad was not feeling well on the 17th of Dec 2002, the hospital kept him overnight for tests, released him on the 17th the next day. They said he had cancer and had a few months to live…it was a shock to all of us because he was feeling good the day before. He died 3 days later on Dec 21st, we buried him on Christmas eve. An Italian funeral on Christmas eve….need I say more...

Being an only child it was hard as well since my Dad was retired for 3 years he kept asking when he would be a grandfather a few months before because they had just bought a new and bigger house that had 2 guest rooms one for guests and another for the baby. Now being a Father for the first time 2 weeks ago and after 2 miscarriages, I feel a bit guilty about not having my Dad around to enjoy my daughter. Now my mother…breast cancer removed last Dec 21st…ironic, and we found out in mid Jan that she has 17 tumors in her liver and in her blood is also affected. Doctors said it's terminal…I guess that’s how the cookie crumbles, life sucks…get a helmet !

I just have one thing to say it's that I am proud of my fathers accomplishments in life, he was an executive Chef, owned several restaurants, was always contracted by the government to cook for the Queens when she visited Canada as well as President Clinton.
My father was a painter and was also contracted by the Vatican to paint a painting for the Pope Jean Paul II, it now hangs in a Vatican museum, and…was a great father. I miss him…

Hope I don’t get banned like cashmoney for sharing my bad luck…
