ME .... Just quit playing the Melbourne circuit on the computer after crashing into the walls about 10 times in the last 30 minutes. Rosberg has all my sympathies and good wishes ... this circuit is wierd and lacks a flow to it.. Crap I changed computers and need to install some Java thingy to get it to work ... fingers crossed

Sounds like fun - I've been running circuit here with the vacuum - didn't crash into any walls overtook a cat or two and doing laundry.

    What's up with Villeneuve???

Weather update ... "After Friday's cool temperature everybody will be wearing warm clothes today as the ambient high is expected to drop even further, from 18 to 16 degrees Celsius. There may even be a little more rain later in the day. It will be marginally better on Sunday, raceday, as the temperature sidles up to 17 degrees."

The circuit must be really green ... the lap times are 13 secs of yesterday's best.

That's wierd ... Michael has posted three laps but no times on the computer? What's up with that?

Rosberg was just up to P4 - JPM just pushed him back to P5. I guess it's wishful thinking to have someone other than Renault sitting on the pole - it would be really cool if Villeneuve could pull it off - Alonso is getting old.

Wonder where Mark from AZ is???

Same situation with Massa, Rubens, Button - at least it's a good thing . . Luizzi has been out and doesn't show STOP or a caution flag. Alonso is back on P1 - drats... I have a feeling I blew it this week with Grid Bids and F1 Tipping.

DID YOU SEE THE TRACK HAS JUST BEEN DECLARED WET - GOOD NEWS FOR MS!

Is the circuit worsening? .. drivers are taking 40+ secs to complete the first sector alone ... I wish i could see what was happening.

    Edit .. No.

Rubens goes into P4 to P3 ... these conditions are best for Rubens and Mikey ... Rain please come down.

Fisi is 2 secs per lap faster !!!

Good to see Villenueve showing some life after a long time in mediocrity.

    Finaly Mikey is out

me too - they declared it wet this sessiion - take a look at the wet/dry graph - humidity is dropping and pressure is rising. There's a time period where the wind was high, track was wet, track temp down - interesting.

at the rate Fisi is putting down the laps, his engine will be worn out for the race! - same with JV

Well they are 10 secs of yesterday's pace ... so the engines must be having it pretty easy by comparison .. what do you think.

    Albers bit the dust !!

Caution out for Albers - best guess is a spin on a damp track? - perhaps went straight at Calamity Corner as Varsha was calling it last night.

    Wet = Mikey in P4 !!!!!!!!!

Oh yes, I concur with you regarding the engines.

    UPDATE - Mikey in P3

Another Update - check out MASSA - now in P2 15:50 left in session

Looking at the speed charts ... Mikey seems to get into the Top 5 on one sector only - he must be getting the speed in the corners. Hmmm

Felipe looks devastnig on this lap!! P2 by a gnat's whisker.

    Sato??? Bueler??

So why is Alonso so far down .. he did a good amount of laps like Michael and unlike the McLaren boys

This was really an interesting practice - nice to see all the changes. MS ended up S2 at 287 and trap at 298.

Alonso down the way - could it be "games"???

Sato shows up last minute -

I guess our questions will be answered when SpeedTV comes on in a couple hours.

    See you later .. . .. .. .
