My 308 cooler had a pinhole in one of the "tubes". One of my concerns is that if there was one pinhole, with no evidence of damage to the area and i fixed it. when could i expect the next one??
    Is a 150-175psi test enough??

    ??

    150-175 is a 50% overload. I'd accept that

In an oil cooler, on a car with reasonably frequent oil changes, I'd expect a pinhole leak to be an isolated defect, not a general indication of widespread internal corrosion.

I'd also take a good look at where the leak occurred. If it was a low spot out of the oil flow, then I guess it's possible that it's an area where a few drops of water could collect & corrode a wider area.

FYI- The repaired oil cooler held up fine at the track! Thanks again for the support guys, I would have probably trashed it otherwise.
