That house was listed last year and there were rumors that Oprah bought it but that wasn't true. And now it's listed again?!

 

I was expecting something crass, but from that one shot, it looks like the architecture is actually tasteful, although there is a bit too much square footage.

Great looking house "and" location !!!..........probably worth it too...........$10MM land value...............$10MM replacement cost for the building.......I could believe it.

In the past, he would picture his 360B outside the properties as a marketing tool. You can see that some will now have his Twin Turbo outside. Sets of the property nicely I think.

 

I noticed for one of the houses there is also a yellow Gallardo. Definately a p-shop and it looks terrible, but a cool idea either way.

 

the house is great, the property is amazing, the view is one of the best, but theres only 5 bedrooms in it....there is a house not too far from where i live that ended up being forclosed (im not a real estate agent or anything, so i duno wat that means) but anyway, there was an auction for it a few weeks ago, it was advertised as a 28 bedroom mansion, 11 of those 28 bedrooms were actual bedrooms, i always thought the more rooms u have the higher ur price is gonna be because HEARD (i can't varify if its true or not) it went for 3.1 million....now i saw the area the house is in, its surrounded by trees, so i guess a lot of it had to do with the surroundings and view of the house...

maybe it was a kit car on an F350 chassis. Great mileage with the diesel. Great torque too.

 

if you are lucky, u might get the BC Ferry ramming into your house
