I am sorry forgot to introduce myself. My name is Ludmilla (no short ones) I live in Manhattan but Marcello (my car's name) lives in CT. This time I will start from CT, Candlewood Lake area. Will see everybody in the garage and join you for a ride after the lunch in any direction you want to go.

My Dad would take my brother and I to the New York auto show at the coliseum every year when we were kids. This was back in the early 70’s . At that time my favorite car was the Miura. When I first saw a 308 I was hooked. I had many a scheme of how I could come up with the money to afford one but never followed through. Back then 50 k for a car was a lot of money. Long story short – I was poking around E-bay a few years ago and realized that the 308’s were very affordable. After a lot of searching and research I bought a 328. I bought it because I love the car and could fulfill a dream I had when I was younger. At some I will purchase a second Ferrari but will always keep my 328 .
Dear Musicman, I did not mean to upset anybody who "loves the car and fulfilled a dream". I had my dream and my friends kept making fun of me to the point of presenting me with a christmass gift which was Ferrari toy car. Well, now they all ask for a ride. But unfortunately, majority of Ferrari owners bought their cars for some different reason. Just look how many miles they have when the car goes on resale. Performance cars are created by the best engineering brains that spend thousand of hours to make a car that performs. Therefore, it is a crime to keep them in the garage and not to drive on the snow and rain. All one has to do is to give it a nice hand wash after the drive. Good luck with the 2nd,3rd and so on.......cars. You deserve them all. I have 4 beatiful cars and LOVE them all.
Mine is not a "garage queen" however I would never drive it in the snow. The salt on the roads alone is reason enough. As for the rain, I never had a reason to take it out when it was raining and prefer to keep it on dry roads. Plenty of nice dry days to take it out from March - November.

Sure Looks ok but cold!. Winter still on its last legs...there is a remarkable little snowstorm in progress this morning (Wednesday) in the northern half of CT north of I84 with a few schools closed and 1-3 inches on grassy surfaces. Another storm is forecast to be coming in from the west Friday with a good dose of rain Friday into Friday night. Some weather models indicate that the tail end of that storm will be met by another charge of cold arctic air inducing a Chance of a change to a bit of snow into Saturday but right now all indications are that whatever happens there will be clearing, windy and colder weather for Sunday. Good news is that is the last cold blast and Spring will finally be here thereafter. Will try to join in on the run but have to clear some decks.

count me out again i was ask again not to participate in another run because my car wasnt exotic have a good time guys lamarossa
You should still be able to hang with the guys, just stay out of the way of the convoy of cars IMO I'd drive down if it was in May, now is a bit early; I do wonder what the entry level attendance requires- does an M3 caliber car at $50k fit in better than a $30k G35 coupe? just curious
Jason, I will be there with my CS. Let's hope for good weather. Thank you for putting event together. Gene

Jason, May be you should post a link in NE area for people to see. It is only 110 miles from Boston so some people may like to join in. Weather should be OK. Gene
