Hey, talk about nasty parking dudes or dudess in Adelaide (didn't spot the *ucker) but got fined today for parking the car in a council disignated car park strip off the road for parking in the wrong direction to the traffic flow!! What a joke! Needless to say, they're not gonna get paid unless they send lawers, guns and money down to the deep south.

 

I got fined for parking in the wrong direction to the traffic flow about 8 months ago.....$50.

Funny thing was the officer put down the wrong rego on my ticket but they still got me when I didn't pay anything within the required timeframe.

Just to quickly chime in here also. Around 3 years ago,i done the same thing,parked in front of a mates place,in the opposite directrion,in my ford fairlane,quiet street and all and i got booked for the same sh*t. $75.But..............when the copper wrote the ticket out that was placed on my windscreen as i was inside,the colour of the car,he 1st wrote green,then crossed it out,then wrote gold,then crossed that out,then wrote maroon. My fairlane has that"flip paint" changes 7 different colours and has all them,plus more. I went out and found the ticket and my dads mate is a laywer and he told me not to pay it. I said why not and he said he wrote the ticket out incorrectly,because the colour thingy. He said he should have wrote 'multi' for the colour of the car. But i said that it has my rego plate written on the ticket,he said never mind,take it to the station and talk to the officer in charge. Oddly enough,i went straight there and the cop said thankyou,leave it with me and we will fix it up. They sent me a letter around 2 weeks later, saying i dont have to pay it Funny sh*t. Anyways,im off to work. Good day gents
