I have already swapped put my pads with Porterfields and see the rotors are a little glazed. I'd like to have them cut down a tiny bit just to clean them up, my question is "how do I get them off?". I see the large center nut that has the nut hammered in where the keyway slot is, do I need to bend that part out and remove the large center nut to remove the rotor???

To remove the 355 disks, first remove the caliper via the two bolts at the rear of the calipers (after the removal of the pads of course). To help move the caliper a little more while conected to the fluid pipe, at the rear of the caliper on the suspension hub, there is a little bracket held on by two little 10mm bolts, these hold the brake fluid pipe and gives you a little more room to get the caliper to slide away from the disk. Then on the disk you will see a 13mm bolt and a allen head bolt, or on some i have seen some times there are two 13mm bolts instead of just one which replaces the allen bolt. Undo these two and the disk will come of with a tap from a rubber mallet. Dont touch the large center bolt, this has nothing to do with the disks, but is the main hub bolt for holding the hub assembly to the suspension wish bones. If its the rear disks the same applys but first make sure the hand brake is of or the disk will not come of becourse the hand brake pads will still be holding the inside of the disk. Its a very easy job dude.

Thanks Chaa glad you were around today. Now I have the rear caliper out of the way but the front has a solid brake line going to it I assume I have to unscrew the line to remove it?
I see you edited while I was typing, let me go out and take a look again.

Dont have to unscrew the fluid line out of the caliper, unless you want to take the caliper right of the car. Yes it is a hard fluid line but removing the 10mm bolts will allow the pipe to move and bend so slightly so the caliper can be removed.

Perfect Chaa, thank you very much for your help, thier all off now. I would have definatly had a problem without your help, in fact before I took off the 10MM nuts I was trying to bend the line a little to sneak the caliper off, I don't see any fuild leaking but I see the slightest hair line crack hopefully just the paint on the outside. I also started trying to tap out the center nut indents but tapped them back into place best I could I will add some locktie to those threads before I out the wheels back on. Do you think the brake line is going to be an issue?

Get a little wire wool and rub clean/rub the pipe to make and make sure its a split or not. Cant see it being a split though, but worth checking:). Take care dude.
