    Ok the story is this in a nut shell;


    In 2001 a man named Guy Raz, who was a friend of mine, was arrested for attempting to entice a 12 year old for sex via the internet. For about a month he spoke to an FBI agent he thought was a girl he TAUGHT in Hebrew School.

    Well, he goes to jail and gets out around August 2003. About that same time he emails me and tells me he is never coming back to the prop forum and good bye.

    Flash forward till last month and some members of the forum notice a member has a similar posting style as our old friend Guy. One member even had traded pics with this individual and sent one to me. Oh my god!!!

    I go to the Ca Megan's Law center and pull up Guy's mug and low and behold, there it is. He had joined the forum the very same day he had emailed me after prison!!!!

    So it turns out that a sexual predator had been among us.


    Now some questions for you kind gents;

    Guy had accepted money via paypal under his aka Gabriel Galt.

    He had also accepted money for work he had done for the company "Master Replicas" under this AKA.

    He had hidden his true identity from a forum populated by about 100 children under the age of 16.

    Would any of this be a violation of Megan's or any other law??

    Does not a registered sexual predator have to inform their Parole Officer of any AKA's they may be using?

    Might want to check if he's on parole. parole violation would prob get a quick response from the men with badges.

    Sex predators are close to the top of the list of 'most hated' with law enforcement; the cops will listen to you.

    I agree, I think I'd report him ASAP. Lets face it this guy is likely just destroying evidence at this time.

    I know it's easier said that done, but you may save a child a life of misery.

    He said he told his PO, but I doubt it. I am kind of trying to give him the chance to do the right thing but you are likely right. He posted an apology but then ripped into people that told him to just go away.

    Also the evidence is stored in about 6 servers and he cant get to it. And he is banned on all but my forum and there he can post but not edit anything he says.

    It's easy to corroborate his story with his parole officer, which would be the best, safe thing to do.

    Oh sorry, I wasn't very clear.... I was implying that if he's been on your site, he's almost certainly been on others. And there is god knows what in his home and on his PC.

    IMO if this guy was a 1 time loser who was reformed, he wouldn't have come back with an alias. Guilty until proven innocent on proven pedophiles as far as i'm concerned

    I'm a bit confused.............

    I'm repulsed by pediphiles also but did this guy ever do anything? I mean was he ever with a young girl? Sounds like he was setup and had no prior history. I guess I don't want to hear what he was writing to this undercover cop.

    What's this other board and why would he want to be on it? Are there young children on it or is he just trying to live life like before all this happened.......

    Serious question. I've always wondered this, if you are 18/19 years old and have a girlfriend say 16/17 years old in a state where the legal age of consent is 18. You are having consensual sex w/ your girlfriend but her parents find out and take you to court. Etc. you are found guilty of sex with a minor (I forget the legal term), do you still have to go through all those megan law requirements? Let's be honest, something like that shouldn't ruin your life (i'm talking a mere one or two year difference in age is all, anything more and you deserve what you get).

    I think this varies by state, but be very careful. I've heard of parents going crazy and getting the guy arrested.
