    Is weak. It hardly cools me down in my 355..I guess it needs regassing. How much? how is it done, how long does it take? The usual questions..

    Just drive it to a local auto a/c shop and they can vaccum out the system and recharge it while you wait...

    you don't need to vacuum the system, just go to Home Depot, etc., get can of freon and gauge/hoses, probably around $30, add charge yourself. Connection is in trunk area.

    should have added that as long as you have some cooling, you have pressure in your system, and that means no air can enter the system/circuit. With this condition, you can just put more freon in. If you have no cooling at all, then you may need to vacuum, etc., in which case you have to go to the ac shop.
