Inside the Actor’s Studio – the worst: Michael J. Fox was so uncomfortable with the effects of his Parkinson’s disease it hurt me to watch. Kirk Douglas, interviewed with Michael, when his son criticized him for not being a good father was a bad day. Christopher Reeves speaking to support stem cell research was tough to watch any day. What interview was rough for you to watch?

Ted Bundy (I forget on what show) shortly before his execution. I just wanted to leap into my TV and rip his heart out.

Colin Farrel is horrible. He barely speaks and just kind of wonders off in his mind. How hard is it to go on TV (when you're already actor) and plug a film!?

I have never liked Farrah Fawcett, but several years ago she was on Letterman and she was such a space cadet that it was hard to believe that she had enough of a brain to keep breathing.

not sure about frost but Tom Snyder interviewed him in prison back in '81.

when the AS first started they had nothing but "A" list actors, then I guess they ran out and started going down the list.....

Don't remember that, but Geraldo Rivera certainly did, and that was not much fun to watch.

Geraldo was getting all chesty with him, saying things like 'I could take you on right now' and so forth. The man's 20 years older than you and he's been living on prison food for the last 30 years - way to go, Geraldo!!!

That woman in Texas who killed her 5 (I think) kids? The interviews in which her husband stood right behind her were, uh......aggravating.

This won't mean much to the non-Canucks, but the CBC interview with Karla Homolka on the day of her release sure made me want to spit rust.

How about the Michael Jackson interview a few years back:

"The most loving thing to do is share your bed with children"

    Creepy

I'd rather see a drinking contest between these two. My guess is that it would be a long show!

Years ago, Bob Costas interviewed ex pro football player and actor Jim Brown on his late night show. I remember it as being especially tense. Costas tried to keep it the stereotypically "light and fluffy" type of interview, but Brown really told everything like it was and didn't sugarcoat anything. Brown even commented on OJ, saying that OJ played the Hollywood scene and Brown really didn't schmooze like OJ did. I can't remember if this interview was before the murders or not. But Costas seemed like he was against the ropes the whole time.
