I am looking at a clothes washing/drying machine made by Bosch. It is the Axxis line and has been discontinued. Any advice, I can get the last pair at cost.

We have the Nexxt products for about 2 years with no complaints. I'd pick either Bosch or Miele. I know Maytag Neptune owners who want to crush the machines and ship them back to Iowa.

Have had neptune for a few years, no problems yet.

The best part is the washer sounds like a jet when it starts spinning.

I feel so much better about myself after starting that dishwasher thread.

We have the Miele 1986. It's a decent machine, but it is just too darn small. Late last year I picked up a Whirlpool Duet with the internal heater for our upstairs laundry room. It is a much larger washer and my wife thinks it cleans as well as the Miele.

I think Bosch makes a decent product, but I have no experience with their washing machines.

On another site I frequent, TONS of folks have ripped apart Maytag; 'I'll never buy another one.....'. FWIW

Anybody have an opinion on Bosch hot water heaters ?
