While doing the major on my TR, I'm also doing a full blown detail of the engine, etc. I cleaned up the wiring harness as carefully as I could, but I couldn't prevent some water from getting to a few of the electrical connectors. I have some stabilant-22 to use...but I would like to know what methods to clean out corrosion from the electrical connectors, like the fuel ECU connectors and similar. Any helpful hints are greatly appreciated.

Wurth have a product called "Rost off". it REALLY works well to stop corrosion and even turn oxidised parts back to "metal".

Then use a WD40 type product to protect them, or even electrical grease.
