Paul, you are a lucky guy. I bough my 328 GTS six years ago. Contacted the "owners" -site several times and had NO reply what so ever. 8 months ago, I bough a Maranello, and again, asked several questions, and as I wrote, sent about 6 or so reminders, last one about a week ago. NEVER ANY ANSWER.... To me it is absolutely beyond my expectation from a co0mpany who has one of the strongest market brands in the world. Now being so, don´t you guys find it strange that they don´t have a fulls staff spending all their time serving their customers ? -Or maybe it is so, but certainly not in my case(es)...
