I ran Top Gear Downloads on Google and got this http://digg.com/programming/The_ultimate_source_for_Top_Gear_and_Fifth_Gear_episodes Lots of downloads have been linked to on the F-Chat Forums - but you may have to search individual forums to find them.
You can get torrent downloads of Top Gear & Fifth Gear at FinalGear.com You will have to get a small torrent programme to download them, it is 'free', just google it but they aren't hi-res or hidef. ScarletPimpernel
