    This same group is also selling orders for F430's, 6 month delivery. My question is, even with the "conversion costs" they are charging for US specs, will one be able to get the car in the US without a hassle? And what about the Ferrari warranty, is it gone?

    That car doesn't exist. Ad states they are taking orders.... spec the car...

    If the car does not come through fna there is no warranty. in this day and age with the euro/dollar conversion rate it does not make any sense to bring a car form europe and get it converted, unless you absolutely get a steal on a euro model.
