Very intresting project! I'm not experienced in any of those fields, but I hope I can be of any help anyway, and I'm sure we'll all learn a lot from this experience!

Your designs are just crazy man, you have done ferraris work all for them, you should seriously contact them with them and many other car designers you got talent.


that 612 looks nice..looks like an entry level model ferrari..it not as in your face as just say a ferrari 430 spider

very suttle might be the colour as well.

Great idea and very interesting project, because I've been working on a similar concept, for a 21 century Dino based on the F 430 chassis.

I could contribute some of my renderings to this project, but unfortunately they won't be your beautiful Photoshop renderings, but just paper and marker renderings.

Tube framed or unibody? Materials? If it's a V6, it's not Ferrari-powered, so we need to be looking for another powerplant. Maybe some front-engined FWD platform that can be adapted to a mid-engined layout -- what's Alfa have in a V6?

Tube-framed fiberglass/carbon covered cars aren't all that hard to create, see Factory Five racing or any of the major kit car manufacturers or street rod guys.

To import to the States, the car will have to be a kit, drivetrain sold separately.

Just random thoughts.

The 3.0 turbo duratech engine in the Noble is a pretty decent powerplant. It is pretty straight forward, and can produce gobs of horsepower. It should also be able to pass emissions in America...

Been mucking around with ideas for the Enzo - based P4/5 as it's such a fascinating idea (and thread). Didn't come up with anything that I think will resemble the real car but this is the pic I ended up with:

Beautiful! This looks as realistic as any of the ideas I;ve seen, but again, there is no way to know how close it really is. Jim also metioned his troubles with oversized ducts, so you might want to make the ones on the back smaller or remove them completely. Damn good job though, I couldn't do it.
