    ^ it is definately terrible thing to do to an exotic.

    wow what a quick response thanks so much for everything thus far fellas. Any actual f-50 owners on the boards? This is one of about 3 ultimate exotics which I have not had the pleasure of seeing in person. Hence what's it like?! The sound, appearance in person feeling etc. Also what are the #'s for these beats, and why are they not as good as the f-40.

    both those cars are in the Gumball this year. I believe the Lambo had the 'paint job' done for the gumball ! loads of pics on w w w . f c a r s . c o . u k

    360C has a yellow one ... he replied a few posts above you. He has the yellow one with the clear headlight covers (the first yellow picture I posted shows it halfway done). I think somebody has an F50 GT but I don't know who.

    Great pictures Jeroen, the first one goes on my favorites :)

    Yea the Murci was done for Gumball, I kind of like it.

    Not an F40 either, the curves on the front bumper aren't right. I don't think this is a Ferrari.

    That was my initial impression. However, after looking for awhile, the passenger rear inner fender thing that covers the tire on an F50 and not F40 looks like it is still there.

    It looked like the driver's side headlight was popped up, F40-esque, but I think it is just a tricky picture. I'd guess F50.


    And on the note about F50 over F40? Yeah. Sorry, I love the F40, but Six speed, removable top, naturally aspirated V12. And the interior is so much more pleasing to the eye.

    ------------EDIT---------------

    I went back and looked at the other F50's in the thread and noticed the bulbs on the headlights are quite different. There is a large bulb on the inside, and a smaller bulb on the outside. This photo shows two large bulbs. Modified? Or more likely an F40 r different car altogether. It appears to have a semi-circular cockpit as well, based on the remnants of the frame.

    Does anyone know the real story here?

    Headlights, blinkers, front grille, hood intakes, all wrong for an F50. Headlights and grille look like an F40's but the two small white lights look strange. My guess is a special F40, LM or GT or whatever.

    Anyways... this thread is about F50 pics not which is better so let's keep it that way.

    That roof and marker lamps are not any F40....maybe a kit car, or IMSA race car of some sort.
