I did not go in to the steaple (sp?) I did go to mass on Sunday there though.

I never left Christchurch on the south Island. I did make it to Wellington and I spent a few hours looking around in Auckland.

Flight was not that bad. I'd rather fly there then back to NYC on a weekly basis.

Flying business was a great way to rack up miles though.

I am glad it was on business. I did not really care to be there. I would have rather been in Australia

See that is where the trip is actually going to be for a week also. My father-in-law teaches a semester abroad every so often and he usually does so much of it in Australia, New Zealand and Fiji. They like NZ the best.

    NZ over Fiji?

I should have taken more time looking around but I was so indifferent I was there I could not wait to come home most of the time.

Traveling with friends and family is one thing, traveling by yourself is another.

You should go if you get the chance.

I was there once and although it is one of the most beautiful places I have been I wouldn't take that plane trip again for quite some time. There are some really cool places on the south island. It is where bungee jumping started and jetboating on the river coming less than a foot away from the walls of the canyon. Milford Sound is amazing.

Have you ever visited the land down under, Australia?

Good luck with your search for a 348. You won't be disappointed if you acquire a good one.
