And there is no cussing with a little heat and you put less stress on the steel lines and you lube the fitting to fixed pipe section when you use the FBB method. Use tools not force. Do be a wimp use the torch right Ernie???
The one I am looking to remove is the one on the bottom left, in between the two beams of the subframe.... When you say it can be taken off with two open ended wrenches...Do you mean one on the smaller steel line and one holding the big nut that it is threaded into....or the two nuts that are equal size in the middle... As for removing the bracket...Does it remove from underneath or ontop?
Yes, but undo the ones closest to the passenger cabin. Be sure to remove the clamps that are holding both of the big conncetions to the side of the subframe. You will need to move the line so that you can get a wrench over the big connectors.
