FXX Registry

From what I am aware of Don ordered 5 Veyrons. He cut the order down to 2, and has one currently, and will be selling the first one once he receives the second.

I've seen a Bugatti reps interview in a TV show, one of the guy told Don Wallace ordered a Veyron very early but later felt in love with another color combo revealed by the factory. Instead of asking the factory to repaint the car he ordered, he sent a new deposit for a second one... Very funny.

The place where we saw them doesn't allow to take pictures but I did manage to take some shakey video. Will try to get a decent screen shot and post it here but give me some time because I'm very busy at the moment. I'll try to do it tomorrow night.

p.s. I assume it's carbon because it's a very flat black. Couldn't get too close to inspect it though.

Wow! Thanks for the pics..it is pretty hard to tell if it's Carbon or not. Manuma do you know any information on the cars? Perhaps they're just not painted the correct colors yet?

 

Unfortunately I know everything but I can't say anything official before they have told it to the journalists.
The black is new and the carbon one is the prototype so no more 29+1 but 31!

Yes it's at Zanassi. You can see on the left the rails for the crash-tests cars.
And Todt's FXX is bare carbon fiber.

 

Manuma, do you know the serial numbers...?

Judging from the pics, it looks like the second car still have masking tape on its doors.

That Black car isnt a 550, its a 575M. Almost Matte Black?

 

What is Zanasi actually responsible for ?

 

Long arm of the factory. Repairs new cars, repaints some. Resprays grilles and other pieces. Have been connected directly with factory for more than 25 years.

UPDATE! The FXX Registry has been updated as of 6/26. So far I have 25 cars listed with various information missing for several of them, so if anyone has any PM me or post here. Information on 6 cars is totally missing.
