We had GA/Paddock tickets which we purchased as soon as tickets were available. Talked with Grady/Tammy/Robert for awhile - ran into them a couple times. Got invite to area but didn't make it there. Didn't come in the Ferrari - came with son/daughter-in-law. We were all over the place - at FoH race area, Intersport, Audi, Corvette, Flying Lizards mostly, rode in Monster truck - got ideas for customizing my Chevy trucks!!, inside building where the Champ cars were, etc.. Watched good portion of race from standing on top row of GA bleachers adjacent to Ford truck display where you could see a giant tv, then walked along the course walls around to the giant tv across from stand A (I think). Sorry to miss saying hi to you. The photos you posted are great - mine are still in the camera! Did you do the Bridgestone/Champ Car Live Fast podium photos?? pretty neat marketing idea. I just need to get on line and view them. Have a great day - hopefully we'll see you at another event in Houston. Carol
Yea, no one has the Miss Grand Prix winner!? LOL! That event site doesn't tell you much........... As we say in the Art Car Parade...let's rest up, and do it all again next year!
Drop by and get some money, man..I have some..... How much more do you have? Waterboy or Dr. Who could post 'em, maybe.....
Go ahead & suscribe Alan, for what you spend on one of those 1:18th scale models for your massive collection, it's well worth it plus & can benefit you in the long run.
Hey it's my birthday tomorrow! YOU give ROb the money! LOL! It isn't the models books and Barbies, it's maintaining the darn cars! As soon as I get a new gig, I'll get it done! I guess I could help them sweep up that big parking lot.......
