"Cavallino" magazine's two bimonthly newsletters, "Otto" and "Flat-12" have changed, mostly for the better!

They have gone over to glossy paper, there is now some color, and the price has been cut in half!

The original $70 annual cost definitely seemed high for what you got, even though the articles were well-written. But now at $35/year, with the better paper and photography, I think these newsletters (which are now almost magazines in their own right) are finally a reasonable investment.

Oh, and one other point, "Otto", the publication about the 8-cylinder cars, has been renamed "3-Series". (Even though "otto" is Italian for "8", I have a feeling some people thought the original name was too German-sounding.)

The website is http://www.cavallino.com/newsletters.html, but is currently down for construction.

I'll second this, somehow "Otto" sounds a lot better! Yesterday I received the first copy of "3-series" and I really like the improved quality and look of the magazine. It is just that name......
