how come nobody has aftermarket wheels on their 328? Is this taboo? i don't really like the stock ones. they look dated.

There aren't any wheels that have the correct offset with out having them custom made. FYI the Foose Speedsters are the closest fit you will get and they look great. I'm still considering.

Why mess with perfection. 5 stars are the best in my opinion.

The Compomotives and Speedline replica GTO wheels look great on these cars. They are similar but a little nicer than the stock wheels. Here is one of the nicer combinations I have seen. Same wheels I think as on Mule's gorgeous black 328:

I think those are HRE 16 inch wheels (chrome centers). Mine are the Compomotive in 17 inch. I have thought of doing the centers on mine chrome someday.

The 288 GTO Speedline wheels appear to look the greatest on the 308 and 328 cars.

I spent a year comparing wheels.

Here are the Speedline wheels (on my car). A little different shape to the spokes, but still great looking. Unfortunately, no longer made. Second picture is HRE (no longer made). Third is GA Red Cars version. Fourth is Compomotive. Five, Six, Seven are Image brand. Eight is F40. Last is the real thing - 288 GTO

Well at least 308 and 328 owners have to worry about single lugs! hehe

And as good as that car looks in pictures, it's 10x better in person. Those are THE wheels to have for a 328, IMO.

i love the original wheels on the 328. the whole car is old-ish looking, IMO putting on new aftermarket wheels just doesn't look right.

    Well said.

As f-chat's designated Mr. Purist who automatically hates everything aftermarket, though, I'd say that, if someone really wanted to second guess Pininfarina, the Compomotive/Speedline five-spoke-star look is the best of the aftermarket options.
