I heard estimates of his net to be more like $1.5 Billion. Newspaper this morning said she would get between 180 and 360 million...I think that I could scratch by.
Would she get 1/2 of his estate, or 1/2 of what he earned WHILE they were together? I would think the latter.
Why isn't he entitled to half of her wealth - regardless of how little it may be? Why does the guy have to be the one to cut a check all the time?
You guys are looking at this all wrong. If she gets say 500 mil then maybe one of you lucky guys could hook up with her and get a free ride in more than one way.

Rowling's supposed to have a $1bil-plus net worth, with Harry Potter royalties continuing to pour in with tsunami force. She's going to be a lot richer than McCartney when this is all over...smart woman. She's married to a doctor and I'd bet she got all the paperwork in order.
Read in the local paper here yesterday that she is looking at getting US$495million from the divorce. And Sir Paul was famously quoted as saying " I do not need to sign a pre-nup,as i am truely in love with this woman" Hehehe,what an ass clown
