The Ferrari spare parts catalog translates "Regolatore fase riscaldamento" (regulator phase heating) to "Warm-up regulator", but CIS books refer to it as the "control pressure regulator".
Bosche originally called it the WUR becouse thats all the first models and basic models do. with the addition of the vacumm/boost ports and the altitude chamber it also regulates the control pressure on the metering rod in the fuel block.
