The manifolds I used were made by Frank Capo of Modena Engineering in Australia. I know FChat sponsor Carobu Engineering has done business with the elusive Frank ( although well known in OZ), so they may be a good way to access him. I know Kermit at www.durable1.com has also talked to him.
I can tell you the quality is fabulous and allow use of a stock airbox.
The conversion is relatively straightforward, especially as I now have the jetting and linkage figured out. The threads (old board as well) document everything pretty well at least for a Mondial.
Mine has been very reliable for about 3 years now.

Also, Paul has a his qv set up on the higher performance Weber IDAs in a spectacular instalation if you want the ultimate in performance carbs. There are some others that are contemplating/now installing carbs so there is some community development.
    We're all here to help.

I bought a set of 40 dcnf-12s (still available new from several sources) from GT Auto Parts in Arizona. They will need to be re-jetted but no big deal - 45 minutes. The 3.2 engine can also use the bigger 34mm venturi if you want.
While they all jet slightly different, I'd recommend starting at idle 55, 140 main, F24 emulsion tubes, 190 air corrector and 34 mm venturi using the new improved Facet fuel pump, NO regulator, cushion mounted on a rear frame member with a metered orifice return flow system.

here's the last I have for Frank:

These things are aluminum. We did aluminum casting in high school shop class. (Back before CAD, "instant prototyping", and "lost foam" casting techniques were invented.)

Among the many talents on this list, isn't there even one home metal caster? ;)

yes - the twm manifold is only for the 2 valve heads. Perhaps we could persuade them as they would fit both carbs and their dcnf tb's.

twm provides just the throttle bodies that are bolt on replacements for 40dcnf and can be drilled and tapped for the usual types of aftermarket fuel injectors and driving systems (Haltech, Megasquirt, etc) you provide yourself. They do provide fuel rails and air horns.
The twm units are nice, but NOT inexpensive.

I always wondered why they chose to make a 2v manifold instead of a 4v. Weird.

    Mark,
i just saw this thread. I remember having read somewhere on ferrarichat about a dutch guy who has transformed his 328 from GTS to GTB, modifying the engine by removing the injection system. I am not able to find the thread, but someone could remember about it and give you better info. Sorry for being a little vague...
    Ciao
    Eugenio
