I'm glad you guys made it without any trouble and met some new friends on the way.

I bought my gt4 from Algar and drove it back to Memphis in May of '05. It was a great drive! Your thread brings back memories.

It was fun welcoming the Mondial and you guys back to town. What an experience you two had! Congratulations. Caught in a 2 minute shower on the way home, but with the windows up I was dry. Welcome home.

Hey, how did you guys get from here to Dallas...? Did you take I-20 West all the way through... Because that's what Mapquest says to do... It says Dallas is 808 miles from where I live and over 700 of those miles is on I-20W - it just doesn't get any easier than that...! :)

One of our Alabama guys gave them a detour around the 1-lane I-20 Georgia construction, so they didn't go straight through.

Oh, and they asked me to remind you that if you didn't have 10 identical, black designer shirts in your closet that you could afford a Ferrari Mondial, too...

    (grin!)

Absolutely agree - the best. The beauty of the Mondial becomes apparant as it is driven in the real world.
    Manny - she's a keeper!! Congrats!!

Manny has a TON of great pics on his computer, I hope he has time to resize and post them sometime this week. So stay tuned. But he's probably still in a coma. I took a 4 hour nap and still should have no trouble getting to sleep tonight.
