I didn't want this to get lost in another forum, and I need a fairly quick response, so here it goes:

Driving my '95 4-cylinder Golf this morning and the oil warning light and buzzer goes on. I stopped and checked the level, which was OK. Drove the car again this afternoon and everything was fine. I stopped at a dealer and purchased the two oil pressure sending units ($12) with the intention of swapping out the original ones.

Do I have to have the computer reset after the swap?

I know there are plenty of members on this site with technical savvy, regardless of auto make...

    Thanks.

If you're satisfied with that answer, I'm going to move it to the "Other Cars" forum in a few hours...
