I saw this phone at CTIA and played with it, its unreal. Probably the best phone i've ever seen. Better than treos and berries. Its no wonder why its Motorola's most anticipated phone ever...even more so than the razr.

For $200, the price of a lot of other cell phones. It seems like A LOT of bang for the buck.

Why is it so cheap compared to the Blackberry, Treo, and pocket p.c. ones? Is it just as good and prices on these are finally dropping due to better technology and competition?

I'm on a family contract w/ my parents and sister... obviously. It ends in a few weeks, so we are getting separate contracts. Anyone know if I can just get out of it now and go on my own?

I pick up the Blackberry 7130 for 39 bucks through work. I just got a free Razor for my wife through my private account. The Q seems to be a nice smartphone but it is not going to be the best cell phone as far as talking on it. It reminds me of the older style BlackBerry. The Q also does not cut and paste at all. Don't forget it will cost you an extra $40 a month for the unlimited data service.

What do you mean by unlimited data service? Do you mean email use and the like?

I am on a family plan w/ my family obviously, can I cut out of that now (only a month or so left in the contract) and get my own contract?

As you can tell, I really want a new toy to play with.

In addition to the phone plan it costs $40 a month for the internet and unlimited email access. I just ordered 3 Q's today. I hope they work better than my i730....
