    It's the windscreen washer fluid bag. These can be found in 60's V12 cars. Maybe earlier, too. I've attached an early Daytona bag, which should be similar, if not the same, as a 275GTB.

    The1976/77 Lancia Scorpion/Montecarlo use exactly the same bag.
