You have to give it to the Heat. The best team won. No blaming the ref's tonight. Haslim had a career game, and Walker hurt us too. We quit driving it to the basket, and were cold outside. Jason Terry had a horrible night. And Stack was cold too. Dirk missed crucial shots, and Daniels was our best player at times. Thanks for a great season Mavs!

I must admit, when you go to these playoff games, after a few games you get to know the opposing players. Some you like, some you don't, but as a whole the Mavericks are a great team, they played well, they played clean. A fantastic coach in Avery. They will win the championship soon. What an NBA Finals series!

Congratulations to the Mavericks for being a class opponent.

But I am thankful for two things: that the Heat won, and that Mr. Cuban did not buy, I mean did not get a ring.

Great game! Mavs played well, but a few key players just stopped giving it their all in the 4th. Just watched Avery comment, what a class act guy. One of the best coaches I've seen and he WILL get a ring definitely in his career if not next year. Terry had a few open looks beyond the 3, but didn't go his way. I was kinda surprised since he's incredible with that shot. Daniels really stepped it up and brought them back from a couple of the Miami runs. Just shows how deep the Mavs' bench goes with him and Stackhouse (made 3s when needed).

I'm proud of Miami and Wade, great team. Everyone was making shots, but Wade did well when the pressure was on to make FT (expect the last two!!! :p ). I'm glad to see him outshine LeBron, who I'm frankly tired of hearing about. Also nice to see players like Walker, Mourning, and Payton get rings after all they've been through. Shaq showed to be a very humble guy. He gladly took the 2nd spot on the team to put Wade as their number 1 guy. Never figured Shaq would do that, but liked how other players took bench spots (i.e. Mourning and Payton) and didn't complain. Great teamwork.

Hopefully next year my team, the Orlando Magic, can get to the playoffs! It would be great if we could get Terry or Dirk on our team, but unfortunately I don't see that happening! Great NBA season with a lot of amazing games and records being set. Even better Playoffs. I can't wait for next season! GO MAGIC!!!

Anyone can come out of the East Next Year...Its going to be interesting next year for the NBA...

Spurs: They are bringing over two europeans next year...haha..we are going global...we are trying to get young to compete with dallas and suns...

Mavs:I think that this year would have been the year, if they were to win a championship in this decade i think it would have been this year...

Howard and Daniels are great playes and they are going to be great, but a dominating C or PF is needed...to get them over the hill...

But from people that dont get it....

SMALL BALL DOES NOT WIN CHAMPIONSHIPS...DEFENSE!!!

So i think the surprise next seasnon would be Sacramento...sac just needs one big player and their a contender...so is the clippers...

Its going to be intereesting who lands KG next season...

    Peace

I was deeply depressed on the last Tuesday night. I never thought the outcome of this series would hit me this hard. Couldn't sleep on Tuesday night, so I packed most of Mavs apparel for next season, then started sorting out my closet.

During Thursday sometime, 1/4 of the rack just collapsed from the wall. It reminded me of Mavs in the final.

BUT Mavs did wonderful this season, and hope it'll be a stepping stone to their dynasty. I'm looking forward for the next season now!
