    Very sweet!

That gurney wouldn't happen to have a texture/surface that looked something like this picture (when magnified), would it?!

First we set her up which involves balancing her to weightlessness. We then held out breath and read the scale.

Veyron and Enzo drag coefficient = 0.36.
    P 4/5 = 0.??

    Thanks Z

When you put a car in a wind tunnel you grab the chassis from below on four points that are attached to a gimbal/balance system below the floor. You add weight to the system that counterbalances the weight of the car so that the car becomes weightless so that you can then measure the effect the wind has on the car.

I believe the Veryon is closer to .38 .
The Ford GT For example I believe is approx. .42
We measured my Enzo in the Pininfarina wind tunnel.
P 4/5 has a lower (Measured in the same tunnel) CX than my Enzo.
We estimated that P 4/5's CX would be .34. We were wrong. It is a bit lower.

The exact figures will be released in the Press kit which is embargoed until Aug. 1.

The bottom and diffusers are Enzo which work very well. We modified the front movable aerodynamic devices as described and we modified the spoiler (bigger) and angle of attack.

If Car & Driver is sworn to secrecy until Aug 1st (IOW, their September issue), it's possible some subscribers may have their hands on it a few days before July 31. Then the secret would be out long before the public unveiling. So how about bumping up the FCHAT date a week?
