    So I had a post a few days ago, and basically all I said was I had seen some cars. Well, because my girlfriend was in town this last week, I was taking my camera with me everywhere. I managed to catch some supercars out and about. The Ford GT and the Viper were spotted at a car show in Libertyville. The fool in the second picture is me. I caught the 360 Spider downtown a block from Navy Pier.

    I am stating to like this town...

    I hope others begin to post pics and make this thread a bit more colorful. ;)

    Saw a black Gallardo buzzing up Racine near Belmont on Friday morning. Also, while driving on the Ryan last week I drove by a Quattraporte--I think they're great-looking cars.

    The Trucker's 360 being passed by a CTA bus and a dude on a moped on Michigan Avenue around 1am Saturday night. Surprisingly a lot of Hayabusa (sp?) motorbikes riding in packs and behaving well as they cruised Lake-Shore and the Mag Mile.

    yesterday a red ferrari 348? on the highway that splits up clarendon hills and hinsdale, i was passing the bridge and saw it. umm some bentleys, a white rollys royce phantom downtown today and a brabus mercedes downtown too when i was down there for the cubs game.

    Saw a 430 going down schaumburg road on june 30th. First time I have ever seen one and I nearly got myself killed while trying to follow it. But god was it beautiful, and when he gave it some gas I got chills. I've never heard anything like that before.

    I spotted a Maser Quattroporte in Indianapolis. He was giving me the right of way. Nothing special until you notice the driver: Michael Schumacher on his way to the track on Sunday morning. :)

    Saw the same 355 twice in consecutive days. It was a red 355 convertible. Saw it driving with the top down both times. On friday around 11 and this morning around 7am both times in clarendon hills.

    Frank, this one's for you. Saw a muscle-car era GTO convertible painted in school bus yellow parked on Wellington. Looked like it was just refurbished and had the temp plates on it. Looked terrific. I don't know the ins and outs of those cars, so I don't know which year.

    Cool! Do you know if it is always parked there?

    If it was the "Coke Bottle Shaped" style-kind of like an early '70's Chevelle, then it was a '68 to '72.

    They did offer "Judge" version of the GTO in those years, that was Orange and/or Yellowish. The name came from the line from that old comedy show, "Rowan & Martins Laugh In", where they'd say: "Here comes the Judge....here comes the Judge....."...:) And Pontiac "borrowed" it......(LOL! Yeah, just like they "borrowed" the "GTO" moniker....:) )

    More Squared off in front and back, with double headlights over one another. It would be a '65-'67.
