    Nope, it is Pac-Fab stainless. I will need to check on replacing the tank if I decide to go salty. Thanks for the assistance. I will check with the pool place we use to see what their recommendations are for our area.

    We have the intentions to sell this house so I do not know if I would want to invest in a salt system unless we are going to stay a couple of years longer.
