I believe there are a few threads on this. If you search for it you can find an answer. Short answer, yes it has been done, but it doesn't have the same smooth motion as Lambos with the doors from factory.

I think if they had a G-car they wouldn't "pimp" out their Honda lol.

Scissors on a Gallardo look strange IMO. I really like the ItalCarDesign doors though. They open out and forward.

I saw an ad the other day for a F430 with "lambo doors"...Scissor doors belong only on cars they are designed for.

Always wondered why the gallardo did not have vertical doors. Lambo's signature were those doors however now that I look at the pics below i think they look terrific with vertical doors. My only concern is when you make a Mod like this at the time of resale would this adversely afflict the asking price.

wow. IMO, those are very nice, and better for the gallardo [if someone were to change the doors].

    very SLR/Enzo -esque.

It seems ironic to have to buy 'Lambo doors' for a real Lambo. :D

Yeah, Lambo should have given the Gallardo scissor doors, but the doors look to 'chunky' to look good when opened vertically. maybe if they went 90 degrees it would be better.

i just noticed that the gallardo doesnt have a frame around the window. i'm sure that'd bring up some issues with the window if they were opened any other way than outward.

i think those gullwing style doors work better on the G than the vertical doors.

mostly becuase, as everoyne said, it'd haveot be a kit that goes out then up, rather than the real scissor-style that goes straight up.
