So some of you don't agree with Thief bashing, what about tattooing ''Thieving B*stard'' across their forehead, that would make me feel better

Im sorry man, but this attitude is total BS. I like cheap car insurance. I don't like anyone else putting claims against MY car insurance company, including YOU. And I get sick and tired of the "oh, its just stuff", or, "oh, its just a car". Its MY car. I have had cars I worked months on. Damn near nut and bolt overhauls and engine rebuilds and paint detailing, and to have some jacka$$ screw with it is NOT going to make me happy. Why should I, or anyone else have to be out a car, have a hit on our insurance, argue with some jerk adjuster over its value, and have the dimwit who took get off with his hands slapped? Hanging was considered to good for a horse thief, why should things be any different over a car? I don't know what the guys gonna do with it, but if he dont have enough respect to keep his hands off OUR stuff, he probably isnt worth the gunpowder to blow him to hell anyway.

Well said, he isn't worth what a bullet is worth. Thats why decapitation is my choice for getting rid of the crap people and I always have a better twist at the end, kill the criminal and one of his family.

FWIW, a coworker just told me a story about the '89 Oakland earthquake. I had mentioned to him that I had driven over that collapsed freeway (880?) on the way to the airport about four hours before the quake.

He told me about one of his coworkers back then who was also scheduled to fly out of Oakland. After the quake, fire and rescue found his car under the highway wreckage, squashed flat, with a body inside. They notified his wife.

Two hours later, the guy walks in the front door, complaining how much trouble he had getting home, ...
... because some jerk stole his car.

(No, not a Ferrari. But that's a bit worse penalty than CA usually gives for GTA.)
