I only want people to respect me and don't talk me in an impertinent way. It's only a video compilation, come on. It seems like if I had killed someone. AXEL
AXEL, this is a Warning. You need to calm down and not take everything people say as a personal offense. Oh and FYI, I recognized some of the clips you used, and they are indeed copyrighted.
Ok, I will calm down. But people that try to offence me not deserves the right of telling me what I have and I don't have to do. Respect to the clips I used for the video, I consider that all material that an author uploads to some popular car related pages IN A VOLUNTARY WAY, HAS NO COPYRIGHT. AXEL
Think whatever you want, at the end of the day, it does not matter to any of us, only you. They were just trying to point out to you that if the owner of the clip wanted, he could sue you for infringment, and the law will likely be on his side, regardless of whether you like it or not. Think of it like this. If you speed and the limit is 65, and you are clocked at 85, you will get a ticket if the officer is so inclined. You can say you are driving a Ferrari/Lambo/AMG/whatever and are in better control then the guy in the minivan, but it does not matter, it still will get you on the wrong side of the law.
Okay, I'm off work now. School isn't out for me. A lot of people here actually know me personally. Good or bad, I have already established my reputation here. You my friend are still building your reputation and things don't look very good to start out with. Tread with caution...
I will leave this forum and put my video in another forum [part of a quote] It seems that it's not at all your video but, in fact, a number of other people's work. Do I hear other forums calling - - - "AXEL"
Well, I have no other way that put each one of you on his place: For this pseudophotographer called TexasWho?, I have to say that it don't matters that you are the official photographer of the Ferrari Club blah, blah, blah.... because as a person you have demonstrated me that you are so superficial and arrogant that I won't spend more time replying you. Ah, and don't forget that the only way to be a professional photographer is going to the University, pal!!! It is a good advice from a friend. Respect to the others bunch of TexasWho? fans whose names I don't remember, I have to say that fortunately I have my reputation well builded in other forums with normal and friendly people and I don't measure my reputation according to my money incomings (like TexasWho? seems to do). It looks like if owning a Ferrari makes you more wise, funny and cool person than you were before that. Finally, I have to say that perhaps I never will have a Ferrari but I consider that I'm better person than some of the people I have found here. From now to the next replies I only will answer constructive criticisms that humble people ask me, and not replies that look down on my person. AXEL
You don't have to go to any university to become a pro photographer. Besides, I never said I was a professional photographer to begin with. Oh, and I don't own a Ferrari and I'm not rich either. I represent myself only, not FChat. You are spewing all kinds of crap that you know nothing about. What other forums are you on? I might be on those too. Name them... Also, I like trouble... what do you got for me kid? Bring it on!
I love how you used a bunch of big words to make yourself sound smart but it was hard for me to read your reply because of all of your grammatical errors. Nice try buddy
