I can't stop asking myself, Pininfarina build many one-off in the past for showing what they are able to do like the Mythos among many others since mid sixties. They always build them themselves, and nobody was paying them to build them because they did it for publicity. Now you, Mr. Glickenhaus, are ordering a one off and paying for it, and no doubt it will be worth to you what you are paying, but it seems Pininfarina is getting all the - free - publicity? In Dutch magazines it was described how Pininfarina was building a tribute car to the old racers and it is like they are taking all the credits! It was mentioned once in a short sentence "comissioned by a rich American" but I think you should demand more credit in this project after all it was your idea and you are paying! Or demand a discount, haha. I'm not interested in $$ numbers really, just wondering.
    Looking forward to the result!

71pgs of insanity!! (Sending you a bill for new presription glasses)
My parents think I have gone crazy. I have been sitting in silence for the past 5 hours staring at my computer screen with a smile from ear to ear. What can I say that has not already been said?...good luck, enjoy her and THANK YOU!!! :.)

Side note...I would really love to make it out to PB and will be talking to my boss/parents about it tonight. Although, if I cannot make it would you consider saving one of those Press Releases for a poor college student? THANKS AGAIN!!

You know that a car is something special when people who haven't even seen it, who have only imagined it, are having dreams about it.

I was just looking at a picture of a 330P4 and noticed how amazingly low the car is.
    Which made me wonder:

Jim, you already said the P4/5 will be shorter, because of the (very obvious) wish to reduce the front overhang of the Enzo.
If you could reveal the facts, will the P4/5 be smaller in every direction (L/W/H)?

I think you have said the track has not been changed significantly, and anyway I'm also more interested in the height.

Is it possible to get the Press material digitally? I am another poor student ;) living in Denmark, so it'll be a bit difficult having it send across the atlantic...

Hmm... I might agree with you on the 330 GTC. But, based on personal experience, I'd probably go with a Maranello for any kind of extended drive versus the old banger.

While I have never driven a F40, for the track, I'd probably go with either a Stradale or a sharp F430 (if you're sticking to street-legal cars). You just gotta love those ceramic brakes.

We now return you to your regularly scheduled programing:

Jim thanks for keeping all of us updated, the pics, the stories, teasers, and for releasing pics of the car early just for this community. Glad to see you are also a Yankee fan :). You wouldn't also happen to root for Gli Azzurri would you?

Are there enough press kits gong to be made for me to request one more?
