Last Saturday evening I saw the most insane (black) Pantera cruising down Santana Row. I stuck my head inside on the passenger side (he was stuck in traffic) and invited him to next week's event (which was this one). Did he show up?

    Nice event guys (and gals)!

It's becoming Crystal Cove North ... when I travel up to San Jose (I do frequently), I always try to spend some time at Santana Row to just relax.

If my memory serves me right (I was born and raised in San Jose), SR is where the Towne and Country Village Shopping Center and Courtesy Chevrolet used to be. Times have changed (for the better).

Next time I'm in town, I'm definetly going to check out this get together.

(For those you don't know what Crystal Cove is, go to this link:

    http://ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=113516

It's a weekly, rain or shine, GTG at the Crystal Cove Promenade (Strip Mall) in Newport Beach. Truely an amazing event - Pebble Beach with out the "over head".)

You're right it used to be the old Town & Country. There used to be a really good dim sum place there too.

I want to thank people to for keeping the event running smooth by helping take care of the garbage problem, etc. It's been a lot of fun and I like it kind of low key. Every meet has had something new and interesting to take a look at.

Kudos to Nizam, Chris, Aaron and the rest of the regulars for keeping this going and for making sure everything is in order.

We all know some unfortunate things are bound to happen, but let's use them to make the SR events even better.

    Ok, bye! :D
