    Kinda like the duck calling instrument that was straped to a WRX's Blow off valve. so every time the engine reved up - instead of the suuuuuuuuuush noise there was a "duck calling noise"

    Charlie, find an old Eddie Murphy movie call BEVERLY HILLS COPS.
    Eddie is being tailed by two plainclothes officers. He sneaks up behind their cop car and sticks a banana in the tailpipe. Then, Eddie drives off and the cops car won't start because of the banana.
