Everything i posted was 100 percent TRUE. You provided bad customer service and you were rude Len. You're selling a car that needs to be serviced soon, no wonder the price is so low compared to others.

 

It's a shame this thread had to get so heated.

It would be nice to have a thread that just suck with the facts. Len do you have a problem with a thread that just covers the facts?

It might be good for your business to handle this professionally. I have seen your cars on ebay and it appears you have a good rep. there.

You have wasted my time, i'm always the one calling you, you never call when you say you're gonna call!!!! Getting the PPI done doesnt happen over night, dealers are busy !!!! it takes time. You are impatient and it cost you a sale.

 

This is FALSE. He said himself he does not have ALL the service records for this car.

I dont know about you bro but when you say you're gonna do something, especially for business, you do it.

 

I'm having a problem with this as a complaint. These are USED cars. This one sounds like it was actually driven a bit, which is often considered a good thing by driver/owners, versus collector/owners. Why should it be a surprise that a USED car has a year or two on various wear components?

Are you expecting that a dealer should take 50% items and renew them to 100% before sale? I doubt that the mechanic doing the PPI was suggesting anything of that sort either. It sounds like he is doing the job you paid him to do and informing you of the life remaining and you're over-reacting. As soon as any car passes title to you, there will be repair and maintenance items coming due every 3-12 months and yes they will cost over $1K for many services. That is the price of ownership. If you can't stomach that, then you're not ready to be an owner.

 

I appreciate all the responses and it is clear that we are dealing with a child. My reputation is as solid as it gets. I will not tolerate this sort of slander towards me and/or my dealership. I will not proceed with any more posts and will simply turn this over to my legal department.

Kid balked about the car needing a belt service in 2 years? The Lambo dealer stated that the clutch will need to be done at "some point" due to age?

This is a locally owned, Ferrari dealer serviced car with ALL records. You called the finance department that got you aproved, even though you have NEVER financed a car, to tell them that the car has MANY problems and you would not be taking it. As anyone normal person would state - you did your homework - don't buy the car! I would suggest however, you understand that owning a Ferrari is not just about the cost of the car. These machines require maintainance and servicing regularly. If you are not capable of doing so - as stated on the phone - DO NOT BUY A FERRARI. You even stated you didn't know how to drive a standard and wanted me to teach you!? This is just silly. You are a child and need to watch the lies that you spread. You are playing with a dealership and individual that will pursue this as slander.

 

I can stomach it, I paid for 1/2 the PPI, and i am willing to pay for the other 1/2 of the PPI and if it passes with flying colors, I will probably buy the car now. You're right Len, the car is priced fairly, due to upcoming services.
I am just displeased with the way i was treated and im very sensitive as you can tell.


If you want to make this personal, you wont have a sale.

If you are willing to put aside your pride and let me finish the rest of the PPI that i paid for and if the rest of the car of the PPI passes with flying colors, i will tell you that 99.9% i will pay for the car and you will have your sale.

Its your choice, im ready to finish this PPI. Im over making this personal and just want to do business.

Yeah well see...I don't buy cars from places that "mistreat" me and certainly not a place where I'm supposedly yelled at over the phone or otherwise. I walk away from questionable cars without throwing a tantrum. If I ask for advice on a messageboard, especially one as useful as Fchat, I listen. The pattern of your posts is that you ignore advice as soon as it's headed in a direction you don't like.

You didn't want to buy a car. You wanted drama, you wanted to stroke someone. You pursued a car you knew couldn't be bought or you couldn't buy and now you're online looking foolish for it. For a moment I literally thought you were mildly retarded, that we've just discovered you're actually 22 makes so much sense. Go on though, keep crying wolf.

Just for the record, I am not taking anyones side in this case as I was not personally involved. All I am saying is that this is an open forum and everyone should have the ability to state their case.
