Looking for a TDF Stradale...Again!

    Hey folks. After finally making a decision to go for the TDF Stradale that was for sale for months(!) at RTGT, it ended up getting purchased by another party just days before I was ready to buy. Bummer. :(

    So, I figured I'd make one more post asking if ANYBODY is aware of a TDF Stradale for sale, this time with either alcantara interior or leather interior (previously I was looking for leather only, but had eventually come to like the alcantara), or if you have one that you are willing to sell, to please let me know.

    The only one available right now as far as I can tell is located at Ferrari of central Florida, however the red leather seats/rear/lower dash is just too much color for me, and I just can't come to like it:

    What a bummer! I drove that one and it was very nice, just the wrong color for me. They had it for several months.

    Take a look at the new www.ferrariusa.com site.

    It shows the RTGT car as available still, but also lists another TDF/Rosso Leather at Fof Central Florida and a Blu Nart/Crema at WWoC.

    Both at 205, main dealers and less than the magic 219K other stradale's have been advertised for :)

    I did notice the new search engine to find pre-owned f-cars now (or maybe I just never noticed it before), and will be checking it daily. However, the Nart blue is too light of a blue, and the full red-leather seats on the other car was just too much red in the interior for me (as I mentioned in my above post).

    ...I know, I'm way too picky with this stuff. :)

    TDF Stradales are very rare -- no doubt you are really kicking yourself for missing the one from RTGT. Have you seen the one at FoCF -- or just photos ? I think you'll find that the red interior isn't as bad as it looks, in real life. You may even find it grows on you. The Stradale is an extreme car, I think an extreme interior matches its personality. You might end up kicking yourself again, for missing this one...

    I love TDF and had a 04-360 in that color.

    I now have a Rosso Corsa CS with the red/black alcantara interior. I like the red/black combo as it really distinguishes the interior of the CS over others. And, while I like the alcantara, I now think I would have preferred the red/black combo in my CS in leather.

    So, if it was me looking for a TDF CS, I'd jump for the red/black interior in leather. IMHO, it adds a tad of eroticism that tends to be suppressed by TDF, as glorious as that color is under direct sunshine.

    No comment. :p It was for sale for MONTHS, and all I needed were a few more days. What are the odds?

    I have not seen what an almost full-red leather interior looks like on a stradale in person, but I really can't see that interior growing on me. The red/black alcantara I initially wasn't a fan of, but did grow accustomed to it after telling myself that it IS a race car after all, and a semi-wild interior goes with the car. But I'm pretty confident that the default red/black alcantara is my threshold.

    I'm still trying to decide whether I want to play the waiting game for a TDF car (which is what I truly want), or just go for a rosso scuderia car which seem to pop up for sale fairly often just so I can have one.

    Argh! Jeffrey, I want you to find that car and bring it back to me...please?! :)

    I do want to personally thank you though for all the help you provided and taking time out to respond to all my questions about it. Maybe if I'm lucky, whoever bought the car will put it back on the market in a few months :D

    Did the TDF/red one belong to F-chatter Jaslally? I'm sure he had one in that colour scheme and is also based in florida...

    Personally I think the Nart/Crema one on the Ferrari website looks great. Shame there's not enough pics to get a really good look though...

    the 360 cs at wide world of cars has been there a little while and i think it looks absolutely stunning

    I can report 7 CS cars in the USA for sale.

    Scuderia Red 2
    Rosso Corsa 1
    Nart Blue 1
    Titanium 1
    Black 1
    Sivler 1

    Others report there are more CS cars available from private parties and brokers which are not listed.

    I had a 360 Modena in TDF and they are gorgeous, especially with red calipers which tie in beautifully with the red tail lights. I think yellow calipers would also look great.
