Hi Could someone please post a pic of the INSIDE of the 348 (dual disc) flywheel for me??? BEFORE the grease is put on. I've just opend mine and found lots of small parts and a "pile" of old, smelly grease.. So I would like to know how you can reasamble it. I DID a search and found a couple of pics, but I'm not sure if that was a single plate or dual discs. Thank you very much in advance. Now, it's cleaning time!
http://webpages.charter.net/aircover/348/348FlywheelAssembly.htm By the way, the plastic internal parts are the same on the 348 flywheel for both single and dual plate clutches.

WOW...perfect guys, thanx a lot. I'm sitting here with 62 parts, no wonder you get a bit From these pics I see you start the repacking by placing down the "springs" first,THEN cover them by the 2 simular dark-gray discs...is there any spec. gap between those two discs??????????
Check out the second pic from your post... I've got 2 short and 2 long springs, which one goes where??? (from top left) is it long, short, long, short??? Another thing, note those small "blocks" on the brown plate, all 4 of them have a tiny groove in them, pointing inwards to the center of the premiter, when I opend MY FW they were pointing the opposite is that a big deal????
OK, thanx Ernie... So the correct way is: (going clockwise) LONG.............SHORT LONG..............SHORT Then the "exploding" has a wrong setup, I meassured the springs on my screen (LOL can you picture it) and I came up with: LONG..........SHORT SHORT..........LONG OK...just two more quiz here and I'll be off Those 2 DARK-GRAY simular discs, is it supposed to be any gap/distance between them??? And should I press the DARK-GRAY discs all the way down on the center "cog" until they come to a halt in the tiny-tiny blockers, which are located on the center "cog"?????? I hope some1 of you know the answer to this and will be so kind to post it A can of grease is on the way now from Mr.Pass!

Just for clarification, the internals are the same, the outsides are different for the single & dual clutch.
