If you do not have a NJ, NY or PA license, the points won't carry over, so just pay the tickets within 30 days and you're fine.

Thanks for the comments. I am just really worried about missing this court date today, and also this effecting my insurance. If I pay the tickets is that claiming guilt? If so will be rates go up???

Well paying the fine is indeed accepting guilt. Rate increase depends on whether the points get carried over to the state in which you are licensed. We cant answer that without further info.
