Ok guys since the wifey and I are expecting (5 months to go) It's time to start nailing down names. We find out the gender in three more weeks, We are kinda stuck for a boy middle name, and I thought you guys might have some suggestions.......... Here is where we are so far, we want something cool and unique without being trendy or over the top. Last name Perry for a girl (pretty set in stone) Kaitlyn Grace for a boy Jackson (no real middle name yet) we like the sound of Jackson Cruise Perry, (but everyone relates it to Tom Cruise also thought about Jackson Tyler We also would like to have a biblical tie in, (hence Kaitlyn "Grace" and had thought about James Noah (both our fathers are James) I thought about, Issac, but the wifey said nope. Any ideas ?
This was brutal for us. Don't name him Jack, since there has been a recent glut in its use. But we thought of Jackson as a possibility--still like it. How about Jaxon? Weird spellings are always iffy, but...I found it hard to come up with a name that I really liked AND didn't have any baggage. We chose Parker for our boy, but didn't tell anyone until after he was born. Both our families are really opinionated, and so that was for our own sanity. It's a big decision, but you will begin to realize that the baby makes the name, and not vice versa. It's especially hard when you realize that you don't have that one name you've always dreamed of giving your child.
If we go with Jackson, will call him Jax, (it's comes from Jackson square in New Orleans where we were married we go back every year on our annivasary and have our pic made in the same spot in front of the cathedral.
We liked Noah because since I'm a captain and Noah was the famous captain it fits. (Kelly liked it becuase she could use Noah's Ark baby decor.).
well it is the greatest name on earth. You have my blessing to use it. It will bring him much success.
I have to nephews who are my age and we grew up like bros they are Chris and Nathan, so I couldn't use one without the other and Christopher Nathaniel would be a mouth full
we have pretty much deceided on Jackson but need a middle name my initials are JDP but "D" names are tough to come by Jackson David nah Jackson Daniel ? nah Jackson Damon evil sounding..... Jackson Dakota ? kinda wierd
I said, Jackson Andrew Perry and when he writes it on official papers (last name, first it would be Perry, Andrew Jackson the wifey didn't find it as funny as I.
Well do something like give your son your first name as his middle name thats what my dad did so my names Nathan Paul. Jackson Dallas maybe Jackson Derek
Jackson Tyler Perry is probably my wifes top choice at the moment, it's kind of "presidential" sounding.
as a first name, or middle name? as a first name, a lot of girls like it. I've never heard it as a middle name.
