Front bumper cover is evidence that he may have already hit something.

Sorry for the repost. I don't care if someone destroys his/her property, but driving like that around other cars and people is just insane.

Looks like the middle east somewhere. final destination for alot of high end cars legit and/or stolen. when a person gets a car for a fraction of the cost thats usually how they treat it

    Could be Iraq.

It also could be Iran. If so, although I don't condone abusing a Ferrari like this, this is nothing out of the ordinary on their streets. They have some of the craziest drivers in the world. You literally take your life into your hands everytime you walk across a street or step foot inside a car.

The area looks like the projects somewhere. And speedracer, a person who enjoys fine automobiles isn't doing that to their car. They make sure to put a bumper on it and if they are doing that they do it on a track.

I think it was in Egypt. Someone told me that's what the plate is and when the cars are imported, the front bumpers are removed for some reason I can't remember.

Just cause some guy is doing donuts in his Ferrari, (I don't own one, so I can't say from experience), doesn't mean he doesn't love Ferraris. If I had a zillion dollars, and owned a 355, I would drive the crap out of it. Honestly, it is not a Ferrari that will appreciate in value...However, I would NOT do that in an Enzo or any other low production exotic vehicle.
