Nice run! That shot with the cars all in line looks great, wish we had good weather / roads here to do a drive like that.

Great drive, great route, great turnout! I gained a new appreciation for the Z06 as a run car -- comfy, fast as all hell, and terrific in the twisties....who'd a thunk...

I was actually very surprised the group stayed together for as long as we did given the size, so that was a big plus.

If I can make a suggestion for the future organization of a BIG run -- the complaints I heard over and over again was that we did too much driving before stopping to eat (8:30am - 1:30pm), and there was no actual address given for the lunch destination (yes, there were directions, but if you got lost or off-route, it was impossible to find). So in the future we should take advantage of the fact that most people have GPSs and give just an address and time of the our lunch break..."if you get lost, meet at 12pm at Olympic Diner at Intersection of Miller Road & Route 6 in Mahopac." Simple, and would have eliminated every complaint I heard.

    Anyway, overall, awesome day!!!

Great run... The drive back to Baltimore made it a little rough but definatley worth it. Even when we got a little off track I didn't give a damn. The sun was shining, I wasn't at work, I was DRIVING my car, I was surrounded by nothing but amazing cars... What is there to complain about? NOTHING. Great job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What a day.... Huge turn out - so big that I couldn't capture everybody with my camera. I hope SteveNY got the chance to capture other part of the pack :) Also big shout out to Anuj for keeping up in his S2K with bunch of 911's, Testarossa and Corvettes. :) Look out for video soon...

It's been a long day and it sounds like everyone but Keith had a great time. ;)

As we all know, putting together a "smooth" run with the number of cars we had today is a near impossibility. Given that fact, I thought that it was a great day and the actual route was awesome (great job on that Jamison).

Being in the front with Jamison was fantastic and I certainly have a new appreciation for the STSV. Remarkable car...and that's a bold statement coming from me.

Hovik...you organized what I think was the largest gathering of great people and great cars I have seen in a long time. Great work on the coordination, directions (even if they weren't 100% perfect...someone always goes their own way, but typically they don't take 40 cars with them) and overall effort.

As with everything, it takes practice to make it perfect and this run was the beginning of something that we can continue for a long time to come.

We had fun, saw some new and familiar faces, and enjoyed the drive. In my book...that's a PERFECT day.

    See you soon...be well.

    Eric

C'mom Keith you arent a rookie here. It was easy to see before we even drove off that this run wld be impossible to manage effectively. Sure there cldve been improvements in communication, but Hovik didnt do a bad job. Jdogg actually tried very hard to keep everyone together. Im not going to bother critiquing any further.

All in all, it was a gorgeous day for a drive, and I enjoyed it very much. Photos to follow later.

I think Noah summed it up best. Not for nothing, the first EVER run of this magnitude and no MAJOR issues or casualties. My hats off.

You guys did a great job. I never thought a run would even be possible with all the cars that showed. I went the distance and though it was a long long run, the weather made it worth while. You couldnt have asked for better.

Ill sign for weather like this right now for "The Second Annual August Super Sunday"

I didnt take many pix, but heres a few.

Whoever put the SF decal on my front seat at the Gas Station, thank you. Whoever owns the Green G, ive been dying to see one in person. With the black/chrome rims-- Thats the car!

And w/ the amount of Porsches today. You guys got some wild rides. Im sorry I didnt get to ride near the GT3. I did get to hang w/ the silver GT2 for a while. The 911's i drove with were all a great group. And the Viper guys we stumbled on at 8:25am looking for River Road were great. I didnt get the name of the driver of the Black/Yellow striped GTS. Definately got a good vibe. And gorgeous GTS. When the day comes that i wanna buy a Viper. Thats the one! Real sharp.

I saw that car in Hershey at the 50th Anniverary celeration of PCA; a fellow PCA member from White Plains won the car.

I had a great day with everyone and looking forward to doing it again with my SC; beautiful weather, great cars and people and no accidents or tix. We entertained the locals also....

    It's all good.....
