Red 360 spyder parked outside cold stones in St. Charles, in the little commerce shopping center area. Anyone here? I was driving a red/white striped viper on BBS wheels, hung out for a minute but had to run.
Junior and I drove through downtown Lombard this evening on our way home. It is Lombard's Cruise Night every Saturday Night. We saw lots and lots of beautiful Old cars and Muscle cars. But we also saw an early Viper, Red with the yellow wheels...(aaargh! UG-LY!!! ) And an '80's Rolls. Nothing from It-ly, though.
Dark red/maroon Gallardo spyder heading south on Kirk road in Geneva around 2:20 p.m.. Nice day for top down driving!
Red 360 Modena headed Southbound in the inside lane on LSD this Morning around 08:30AM, as we were headed Northbound to Fullerton Av. to park for the Air Show. We parked on Cannon Drive, right across from the Lincoln Park Zoo's East entrance. We had a clear view of both LSD, North and Southbound, and the skies above North Av. beach for the planes. But we did not see any Ferrari's pass by all day on LSD, other than that one in the AM.
Friday afternoon on the way home from work in the rain Haley spotted a Yellow 512M on a flatbed headed north on 41 just north of Buckley Also in the last week I have see two different new Bentleys on 41 near Gurnee. One was the sporty one and the other was the big sedan Chelle
P4 at Pebble Beach and the special Ferrari display. My favorite the Teal color Calif Spyder. Hey Wally are you having fun and Ferrari/exotic car overload yet? HusterBill Where did you go?
Yes, one of the best times of my life. I mentioned this in the general monterey discussion thread, but everyone here has been great. Jim, equally as great as the P 4/5, was able to test drive a Maybach 57S for half an hour, got in the Bugatti Veyron, checked out the 599GTB unveiling, saw beautiful women, saw more Ferrari's then I could ever have dreamed of (I detect a 308/328 on my wish list for Santa), saw beautiful women..even the restaurants/shops I went to were all nice and gave me some free trinkets, food, and/or alcohol, and saw beautiful women.
Some non-Ferrari pictures for fun. BTW, the more I got to explore the Maybach, the more it grew on me. Also, have not heard of Delahaye or Voisin before, but they are beautiful (esp. Delahaye). The one picture is of a 1937 Delahaye 135M. The other one is a Maybach Exelero concept car, will not see production..but should! Thanks. Not to get the spotted thread too much off track, but it is mind boggling that it takes a customer of Ferrari to get them back to the design they should have used in the first place. I like the Enzo, but the P4/5 looks so much more related to all the traditional designs.
Hi Chelle! I saw a Yellow 512M listed For Sale in DuPont this Month. Wonder if someone around here bought it...? I recall on the first drive that Dave set up, going up to Lake Lawn Inn. When we were all meeting up at the Lake Forest Oasis. The guy with the Red Testarossa, (I apologize. I forgot his name) that came to meet up with us there, but did not go with us on the drive, said that he was looking for that same car.
was that in Illinois? today's spottings: bentley continental gt today (white) lamborghini diablo VT (white)
Saw a neat metallic brown 456 today parked down in one of the ground level lots behind the Hyatt on Wacker. Has yellow calipers, aftermarket wheels that sort of look like the 575 wheels and a tan interior. Does anyone know this car, I haven't seen it before? I did get a few pictures on my phone, which I can post if people want.

I still lust after a yellow m, but all of my "spare money" has been going in a different direction lately.
