Agree, the Panoz driver was either not looking or decided to go fender to fender.

You are correct...they did call it a Pcar! LOL!

Then about two minutes later they referred to it correctly...

It must have been the dust in the air....;)

More like fender to door, by the time of impact...he was getting pushed out into the marbles, the only reason I could think of, for his correcting his line....

They were going on about the Panoz trying to save tires, as he wrecks the car!

I heard the Ferrari being called a Porsche too - I thought what - you are suppose to be sports car people and can't tell a RED Ferrari from a "guissied-up" Porsche . . . duh . . .

It was as plain as night and day that the youngster driving the Panoz clearly drove into the Ferrari. The Ferrari had the line into the turn and was well ahead of the front of the Panoz - then the kid had the audicity to say it was the fault of the Ferrari for the coming together that he (Panoz) was clearly in the right - well, son you were in the WRONG.

Those horrible gravel traps need to go by the wayside at Road America and be replaced with paved run-off areas with crash barriers. But I think first they need to improve on the fencing to keep the little deer from being smushed. There would have been less damage to some of the cars that went off - they could have been right back on track without the lengthy caution for the tractor/front end loader thingie to redeem stuck cars. I do believe Aston 007 wouldn't have had the cut tire if the gravel trap wasn't gravel. Guess I've been to too many F1 races and modern styled tracks even if they are old tracks !!!

At least the R10's took 1 -2 overall despite the imposed restrictions and I wonder what the Dyson crew will come up with for an encore to this race? I think that "Competition Adjustments" need to be made on the RS Spyders - they seem to be a little "too fast" for P2 - they are actually running more in tune with the P1 times.

Scuderia Ecosse took 1-2 in class at the FIA GT race at Paul Ricard and at Brands Hatch coming up they have a substantial amount of "winning" ballast added to the cars.

We'll be in Mosport to cheer for both Ferraris, the R10's (my cute sweetie will win!) and Intersport. Too bad Jon had a little off - he might have split the Spyders Sunday.
