Forza issue... whatever my "Join Date" reads above.

EDIT: Now that I think of it the Forza issue was probably a couple of months before my "Join Date" above... I lurked for a couple of months before signing up when there were ony about 30 guys here... and Peter in Vancouver was rebuilding his GT4 with awesome pics. Magoo, Brett, etc.

I have a web site with "site meter" software on it that tracks where people found my web-site. Someone inquired about my paticular service and posted a link to my site.

I followed the links back to this site.

I work on Ferraris from time to time so I lurk most of the time reading the post about them.

You the man! I remember back in days before Allan was banned he was so cocky about his Lambo. I had AX'd for several years and had been club racing quite a bit. I knew how much more important it was for time to be a good driver than have a high HP car. I would have raced him in my 110 HP 1st Gen RX7 if closer together, that would have been hilarious. Out here at our local track I typically run 5-10 seconds a lap faster than new track drivers (Allan) in all sorts of the 400+ HP street cars.

OK - I will give this my turn:

About 3 years back, I decided that it was time to look for a Testarossa. Like a chump, I just walked into Boardwalk Ferrari here in Dallas, and their salesman of the day was Chet Parsons. He was nice enough to take me seriously, even if I did drive up in a Corvette.

He showed me a very nice 512TR, and also gave me the advice to look up FerrariChat and go gather some accumulated wisdom before I jumped into the deep end of the pool.

Things turned out well on both counts, and Chet turned out to be one of the agents that helped to find my Testarossa.

While shopping for a 348 (my 1st Ferrari), the owner of a car I was looking at told me about it... I lurked and didnt post anything for a while under a different name. once I found and bought my car, I rejoined with this name, bugged everyone for a few weeks, then Silver Subscribed. I spend WAY too much time surfing this forum... so much that I refuse to elaborate! Everyone here is great, and I will be eternally gratefull for all the advice, help and knowledge I have received here.
